Settings
Every control in one place — how Inkwell looks, how it's laid out, the language it speaks, your microphone and voices, the assistant, connected accounts, sync and backups.
Look & feel
Light or dark, football club colours, your own accents, glass strength, corner roundness, spacing, text size and fonts — with saved looks you can re-apply any time.

Language
Changes every button, label and message straight away — useful when your team shares the screen.
Audio & voices
Pick which microphone and speakers Inkwell uses — your ScanMarker headset included — test them, and choose the Mexican and Colombian voices your notes are read in.
Headsets pair in your phone or computer's own Bluetooth settings first; Inkwell then lists them here.
Assistant
The built-in assistant writes, tags and reorganises notes for you. You can also point it at a model running on your own machine so nothing leaves the device.
Local models work with Ollama, LM Studio and llama.cpp. Keep the fallback on and Inkwell uses the cloud assistant whenever your machine is asleep.
Connections

Sync & backups
Your notes live in your Inkwell account and sync to every device you sign in on. You can keep a second readable copy in your own OneDrive.
Not signed in — notes stay on this device only.
Sign inReminders
Inkwell can nudge you when a calendar event or a task with a due date comes up.
